4. Unique RSVP URLs

  • Distribution: You are responsible for distributing the unique RSVP URLs to your guests.
  • Usage: The unique RSVP URLs should only be used for the intended purpose of inviting guests to RSVP for your events.

5. AI Assistance

  • Design Content: Our AI assistance helps you design RSVP cards. While we aim for high quality, we do not guarantee that the designs will meet all your expectations or requirements.
  • User Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing and approving the designs generated by the AI assistant before sending them to your guests.

6. Privacy

  • Data Collection: We collect and store certain information about you and the recipients of your messages to provide our services. This includes names, contact information, event details, and related metadata.
  • Use of Data: We use this data solely for the purpose of delivering and managing the RSVP cards and improving our services. We do not sell or share this information with third parties, except as required by law.

7. Service Limitations

  • Delivery: While we strive to ensure the timely delivery of RSVP requests and notifications, we do not guarantee the delivery or the time it takes for messages to be delivered. Delivery may be subject to limitations and delays beyond our control.
  • Usage Limits: We reserve the right to impose limits on the number of messages you can send through our service to prevent abuse and ensure fair usage.
